Speciality Store:

Our products are collectibles and are specially designed to be collected by collectors 14 years and over. They are to be sold ONLY at collectibles stores and speciality stores such as comic stores, manga and anime stores, pop culture stores. They are not to be sold in toy stores.

Prices
All prices are subject to change. OtakuTag reserves the right to ship goods at the price in effect at the date of shipment. All prices are exclusive of taxes, transportation and insurance, which are to be borne by the buyer. Any current or future tax or governmental charge (or increase in same) affecting OtakuTag's costs of production, sale, or delivery or shipment, or which OtakuTag is otherwise required to pay or collect in connection with the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of goods, shall be for buyer's account.

Pre-orders
Most of our products fall under the category limit edition releases. In order to insure that you will receive the product that you need, we recommend that upon notification that a new item is available for pre-order, you place your pre-order. Many products will sell out before the item ships. We solicit pre-orders 3-6 months prior to shipping. OtakuTag reserves the right to allocate specific quantities to individual wholesale accounts that may be lower than their requested quantity. Check the site often as new items are added to the website regularly. Sometimes products are also canceled by the manufacturer or the distributor. We hold no responsability of any effects this may cause you.

Cancellation of Product
Cancellation or reduction of pre-orders when the product arrives and is ready to ship, will affect your ability to receive future OtakuTag's product. Heavy cancellations or reductions to orders, will require a re-evaluation of all pre-order product that the client has on order, and may result in cancellation or reduction of other items on order. Any cancellation after the prebook deadline is subject to 20% stocking fees.
Special orders or high volume pre-orders can not be canceled. If a pre-order for any one item exceeds 500 Euros net, OtakuTag may request that the items be paid for up front for accounts that are not established or have not showed any trend to be able to order that volume.

How to place an order
We recommend placing your orders through our online shopping cart. This will be the most accurate way to place an order and prevent any misunderstandings on a order.

Order Requirements
    •    There is an minimum invoice amount of 100 EUR.
    •    Once your order is finalized (invoiced, packed, and ready to ship) payment must be received within 7 days (one week). If you require more time to pay you must contact us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days with arrangements, we will return the items to stock.
    •    If you have made pre-orders and they have come available, payment must made when an order including pre-order products amount to 250 euros. One of our sales staff will contact you.

Payment
At this moment we accept payments by Bank Transfer and Paypal. Bank Transfer fees are your responsibility. Please check with your Bank if a fee will be required and what the fee will be. There will be a 3.9% convenience fee for all Paypal payments.

Applicable law

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kouvola Municipal Court.

Limitation of Liability:

OtakuTag (Omoi Oy), It’s staff, Directors, Suppliers shall not be liable for any special or other consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if OtakuTag (Omoi Oy) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall OtakuTag (Omoi Oy), It’s staff, Directors or Suppliers be liable in the aggregate for any damages incurred by you.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
